Shipping Information

We Pay Your Sales Tax On Every Order | Ships Fast from Dallas

Processing Time
Orders are normally dispatched within 3 business days of being received and payment
clearing, unless the item is on pre-order (pre-order timelines are stated at the top of each
product page). Orders may take longer around public holidays.

Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight carrier, depending on the size and weight of your
order. Standard delivery is used unless you request urgent delivery, which may carry an
extra charge.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery address, weight, and size of the products
ordered. Carrier charges are passed on to customers, though we subsidise part of this cost
to keep shipping affordable.

Tracking
You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is dispatched. While we
provide tracking information, we cannot guarantee ETA accuracy as this is determined by
the carrier.

Delivery Requirements

• We do not ship to PO Box addresses — a physical address is required.
• A signature is required on delivery for all orders due to the value of our products.
• Carriers will attempt delivery twice. If delivery fails both times, the item will be returned
  to our warehouse and additional charges may apply to resend.
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to track the shipment and notify the carrier of any delivery
changes needed.

Packaging
Your tent will arrive in two cartons (one carton for Air Tents and Shade Structures). Please
do not discard the boxes until you have confirmed all contents match your packing list — we cannot accept returns without original packaging.

International Orders
We do not accept foreign credit cards. If you are purchasing with an international card or
bank, please contact us directly for assistance.

Returns, Warranty & Damage Claims

Damage in Transit

If your package arrives damaged or contents don’t match your packing list:

1. Notify the carrier immediately using your tracking details
2. Notify us within 2 weeks of the receiving date
3. Provide photos of the package contents and labelling
4. Do not discard boxes until the issue is resolved

All orders are sent “signed for” — please check items against your packing list at the time of delivery. Claims cannot be made for items missing in transit after the 2-week claim period, or for damage to outer packaging alone (unless the product itself has a defect).

Warranty

All tents and components are covered by a limited one-year warranty from the date of
delivery against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

 To make a warranty claim you’ll need:

• Photographs of the issue
• The UPN (Unique Product Number) found on the underside of the fire safety label
• The location and date the issue occurred

Warranty covers:

• Structural failure
• Faulty stitching
• Waterproofing failure on first use

Warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear
• Damage from improper setup or use
• Deterioration from long-term exposure or storage while wet
• Tents pitched continuously for more than one month
•  Modifications affecting performance or safety

This warranty is provided by Blue Bohemian Tents USA Ltd, a company registered in the
State of Delaware.

Missing Parts

If a part is missing from your shipment, notify us within 30 days at info@bluebohemian.com and we’ll send the missing item or replace the product as needed.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are charged at 10% of the order value to cover processing costs.

Refunds Due to Delays

If we’re unable to deliver within the quoted timescale, you’re entitled to a full refund of your deposit. If a factory shipment is delayed and you don’t wish to accept a later delivery date, we’ll refund you in full.
